Hot Rize Turns 40

Three nights - a crew of great shooters - and months of sifting through the footage and editing it together. Shimmer-Ready partnered with legendary bluegrass group Hot Rize to celebrate the band's 40th anniversary at the Boulder Theater. We filmed all three nights of the run, and edited some amazing performances of music spanning the band's career. The music was also released as a double LP you can pick up wherever records are sold, or stream on Spotify and other music services. After the pile of editing was done for the interviews and performances, here is a short highlight reel we put together for the band and record label to promote the release of the music that was captured that weekend.
